(Should you want us to be involved in the move-out with the previous tenant, supervising the hiring of vendors for needed cleaning or repairs or serving legal notices on existing tenants, these services would be at an additional cost.)
2. One-Time Leasing Service
(Do-It-Yourself Landlords)
- We also offer a One-Time Tenant-Screening and Lease Preparation Service. This program works well for our local landlords who prefer to manage their property themselves. These services include:
- Marketing your property
- Screening tenants
- Preparing the lease agreement
- Collecting the initial rent and security deposit
- Conducting a pre-occupancy property review
- The cost of this service is one-half of one month’s rent or $350, whichever amount is greater.
