Affordable will properly plan and prepare budgets for your properties success. We understand that things need to be prioritized and done as cash flow allows. We are experts on cash flow management and projecting. We allow our owners to enjoy a relaxed approach to owning real estate. We are there so you don’t have to be. Owners can take solace in the fact that Affordable is standing by 24 hours a day 7 days a week for any emergency maintenance issues.
Insurance, Tax and Expense Analysis
Affordable will use its purchasing power to analyze your expenses, suggest and implement money saving tips such as property tax abatement, insurance savings and utility savings. Don’t be taken advantage of just because you only have a couple of units. We will save you money.
Leave the stress of leasing to us. We will get your units occupied. Are you tired of meeting potential tenants, back ground checks and making ready apartments? We do a complete and thorough back ground check and credit check of all prospective tenants. Our fees are based on services performed. We do not ask for any upfront money – we earn our fees!
