As an investment property owner there are no up front costs to you to add your property to our portfolio. Our fees are deducted from the first month’s rent collected. Additionally, we have two management plans to suit your needs. We offer “basic” management which includes marketing the property, pre-qualifying potential tenants, showing the property, analyzing tenant applications, conducting a walk-through inspection, and signing the lease. We also offer “full service” management as well, which includes everything above in addition to ongoing monthly management of the property. This includes rent collection, posting notices, disbursing monies to your account, use of our on-site maintenance coordinator, and year-end tax statements.
Prior to listing your property for rent, we do a market analysis based on the property and its features and provide you with a recommended price range. For vacancies, we market aggressively on 12+ rental websites including Craigslist and YouTube. We have a number of properties under management in the greater King and Pierce County areas, and we are quite accurate on how fast your unit will rent, and for what approximate price. Bottom line, there shouldn’t be any surprises and our success rate is near 100 percent.
Allegro strives to be a paperless company. By using our services you can expect to have your funds deposited electronically into your selected bank account. We will provide you with a personal Allegro account; you can log into to view monthly and year-end statements.
