With this in mind, our affiliated company Avidan Energy Solutions has completed construction of our first solar energy initiative, a massive 4.26 megawatt solar installation in Middlesex County, New Jersey. We are proud to say that this undertaking will represent the largest roof-mounted solar installation in the United States.
The system will generate onsite power that will significantly reduce our tenants’ operating expenses by bringing down energy costs, and will further enhance the bottom line by shielding tenants from future market volatility and the uncertainty of rising utility rates.
The rooftop array at 145 Talmadge Road in Edison will utilize Solar World solar panels and SMA America inverters, both manufactured in the United States.

Avidan Management, L.L.C., through its affiliates and subsidiaries, owns and manages warehouse and distribution facilities that serve the major population centers in the Northeast.
