How we got here:

International Golf Realty was established in 2003 as the premier property management company for the World Golf Village area.

Since that time we have expanded into a full service organization, offering an extensive inventory of long term rentals and properties for sale, as well as residential property management services and short term furnished vacation rentals.

SALES/LEASING

Our licensed sales associates have all earned the title REALTOR® by committing themselves to a higher standard of ethics, namely honest and fair dealings.

Property Management

Our Full Service Property Management services can minimize your risks, reduce inconveniences and eliminate the hassles of everyday maintenance tasks while leaving you with the peace of mind that your property is being professionally maintained.

Our Property Managers are members of the Florida Association of Residential Managers (FAR). They are also members of The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and The Northeast Florida Association of Residential Property Managers (NEFARPM).

Vacation Rentals

Our extensive inventory of short term furnished rentals are available nightly, weekly and monthly. Furnished units include studio, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom condos and homes. These rentals are great for vacations, snowbirds, corporate events, temporary housing, relocation, medical stays, etc. They are all beautifully furnished and fully equipped.
