- Handyman level repairs $49 per hour first hour and $35 per additional hour

- 24 hour emergency service
- Monthly service charge of $49 ( you can set pre-approved spending limit)
Full property management:
- Rent collections

- Management fees are Flat-fee based (not percentage) Single families $75, Two families $100, Four families $150. Properties larger than Four units please call for current pricing.
