Steve Fernandes is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has been working in the real estate field since 1998. Steve is a member of the Bay East Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of Residential Property Managers and has attained his California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) credential. By managing as well as selling properties in the Bay Area, he has attained a wide variety of experience in the real estate field. As a Bay Area native and resident since 1974, Steve is knowledgeable about the many reasons to call the Bay Area home. He started his career while training with a national real estate chain. While there, he learned the fundamentals of real estate by working with a well-established group of REALTORS®. In 2000, Steve joined a smaller brokerage to focus on real estate investment properties. After years of planning, Steve and Jonathan launched their own real estate investment brokerage, Silver Creek Realty Group, where Steve calls on his years of property management experience to direct Property Management business and Jonathan utilizes his years of residential sales and negotiations experience to coordinate Real Estate Sales matters.
Jonathan Arguello has been a licensed REALTOR® and a member of the Bay East Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS® since 2000. He has been working in customer service since 1990. His strong negotiating skills and attention to detail assures clients that they are in good hands. Jonathan has called the Bay Area home since 1986 and is grateful for all of its amenities. His fluent Spanish skills and experience with diverse cultures has allowed him to work with a wide variety of buyers and sellers. In recognition of his outstanding achievement in residential sales and listings, The Bay East Association of REALTORS® awarded Jonathan the President’s Award in 2004, the Master’s Award in 2005 and the President’s Award in 2006, 2010, 2011 and again in 2013.
