Management Strategy
FP Management’s primary objective is to maximize profits for our owner clients and enhance the value of their properties. This objective is accomplished by taking FP Management’s tested systems and customizing the approach for each property based on that property’s specific needs. This starts when FP Management’s staff meets with the property owner for a preliminary property assessment meeting. After analyzing the information gathered at this meeting and the owner’s objectives, our management team will develop a customized property management plan. Then our experienced staff will skillfully implement the plan over a set timetable, allowing for periodic review and redirection if any potential problems arise.
